Richard Goulden was convicted of sexually abusing a minor. AS 11.41.440(a)(1). He received a sentence of five years with three years suspended. He appeals contending that the trial court erred in: (1) failing to grant a judgment of acquittal, (2) failing to void certain search warrants and suppress evidence obtained under them, and (3) imposing an excessive sentence.
